Skincare Survey Prize Draw. Terms & Conditions

- Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Filabé of Switzerland AG, a company registered in Switzerland, with its registered office at Schweizersbildstrasse 41, 8207 Schaffhausen Switzerland (the “Promoter”).

- Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
Employees of Filabé of Switzerland AG, anyone directly involved in organising or administering the prize draw, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
- How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, participants must:
• Complete and submit the online skincare survey during the promotional period.
• Provide a valid email address in the prize draw entry section.
• Confirm that they are aged 18 or over and accept these Terms & Conditions.
Entry is free. No purchase or payment is necessary.
Participation in the prize draw is optional. Respondents may complete the survey without entering the draw.
Multiple entries, automated submissions or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to enter the prize draw and does not affect the chances of winning.
- Promotional Period
The prize draw opens when the survey is first published and closes on 24 December 2026 at 11:59 pm GMT (UK time).
Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
- Prizes
There are 11 prizes available, consisting of:
• One (1) Boots voucher worth £100.
• Ten (10) Boots vouchers worth £20 each.
The total prize value is £300.
Each winner will receive one voucher.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash through the Promoter.
Boots vouchers are subject to the applicable terms and conditions of Boots, including any restrictions on redemption and validity.
This prize draw is organised independently by Filabé of Switzerland AG and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Boots.
- Winner Selection
Eleven winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The selection will take place using a verifiably random computerised process or under the supervision of an independent person.
All valid entries have an equal chance of winning, regardless of survey responses or whether participants have opted in to marketing communications.
Each person can win only one prize.
- Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
Winners will be notified by email on 30 December 2026, using the email address provided when entering.
Winners must respond within 14 calendar days of the notification email if confirmation or further details are requested to deliver their prize.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact winners. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the specified period after reasonable attempts, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may select a replacement winner at random.
Prizes will be provided without charge to the winners.
- Winner Information
To demonstrate that the prize draw has been conducted fairly, the Promoter may make limited information about the winners available on request, where required by applicable UK promotional rules.
Winners may object to the publication or disclosure of their personal information, or request that the amount of information disclosed be reduced, by contacting the Promoter.
The Promoter will respect such requests subject to any applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
- Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data collected for the prize draw will be processed by Filabé of Switzerland AG for the purposes of administering the draw, selecting and contacting winners, and delivering prizes.
Survey responses will be used for research and analysis as described in the survey privacy notice.
Personal data may be processed in Switzerland, where the Promoter is based, and by service providers involved in the administration of the survey and prize draw, subject to applicable data protection requirements.
Email addresses collected for the prize draw will not automatically be used for marketing purposes.
Participants will receive marketing communications only where they have separately opted in or where another lawful basis permits such communications.

- General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that involve fraud or abuse.
If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control make it necessary, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the prize draw, provided this is done fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory legal protections that apply to participants.
- Acceptance of Terms
By entering the prize draw, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
