Filabé of Switzerland is a Swiss manufacturer and marketer of an innovative and ecological facial skin care for problem skin.

To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Sales Representative 100%.

Your tasks in brief

  • B2B sales mainly in Switzerland.
  • Mentor new and current B2B customers (pharmacies, drugstores) through product knowledge education, presentations, and fostering business relationships with key customers.
  • Analyze and control B2B sales performance and negotiate distribution contracts with Swiss pharmacy chains and wholesalers.
  • Create and implement strategic and unique plan to enhance and achieve sales objectives, expand market penetration and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities.
  • To excel in collaboration with marketing and other business units and set completely new standards.
  • Amibition to support international expansion.
  • Participate in fairs and exhibitions.

Your profile

  • Mandatory to have several years of sales experience ideally in OTC, Pharmacies, Cosmetics or a similar industry for luxury goods.
  • Convincing sales personality who is agile, likes to travel and meet different people and cultures with great empathy.
  • Fluent in German, English and French. Additonal languages are a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, have a structured, fact-based way of working and proficient in the use of computer application and software. Familiarity with MS Office and CRM system is advantageous.
